-2 OR Rooms
-12-15 cases per room
-Endo procedures Upper and Lower
-7:00am-3:00pm
-Need one full time Locums to start January 1, 2021
-Need is to cover perm CRNA while out on medical leave
-Call is offered but not a must
-All travel, Malpractice Ins and hourly rate covered
