Minimum 2 days per week (your choice what days and can work more if available, not a must)

-Adults 40%, Geriatric 30% and Peds 10%
-18-22 ppd
-Great Support
-4 hours of supervision (2 Extenders)
-Malpractice Ins. , Mileage covered plus hour rate
