Scope of Work:
> Need is due to expansion within the system, NOT because providers are leaving.
> General Anesthesia opportunity only.
> Adult patients only.
> NO hearts or head (interventional).
> Not required to perform TEE.
> 30 total physicians make up this Prominent Top Quality Anesthesiology group, which stresses a good cultural fit & work environment for all, providing all of it’s physicians, with state-of-art facilities, medical equipment, support staff, CRNA’s (they can handle their own patients, to not take away from your time) etc. NO BURNOUT NOR TURNOVER, due to all providers working in a collegial manner, to dispense the workload, throughout the various locations. Perfect work/life balance opportunity.
> Types of cases: GS, ORTHO, ENDO, OB, EP Service, etc.
> No solo cases. There is always ample backup.
> Multiple beds (OR, EP lab, L&D Suites, ENDO, Fluro-Radiology, etc) ALWAYS prepped by supporting staff, so you can focus on your job only.
> Shifts are a range of 8, 10, or 12 hours…these are split fairly and equitably between the group.
> Schedule is booked 90 days in advance.
