Hospitalist needed ASAP for Established Expanding Community Driven Hospital in Mississippi TOP Pay Dedicated Hospitalist Program NO procedures NO call Fast Credentialing to start quickly

Scope of Work:
> Start ASAP however they will wait for the right candidate.
> Fast credentialing available to start quickly-we provide the credentialing specialist that REDUCES the time and effort on your part.
> Day need 7am-7pm.
> It is a dedicated Hospitalist Program/unit, where all support staff, nurses, APPs, triage medical assistants, and dedicated chart prep medical assistants, etc…, are available for each physician, and work as much as needed, to make things easy for you!...they leave when you leave.
> There are a total of 23 day hospitalists, 2 swing admitters, 4 nocturnists, & multiple APPs, that are fully employed in the hospitalist program, which is an extremely strong program!
> The Hospitalist Program has been recognized by The American Journal of Medicine for providing cost-efficient care to hospitalized patients.
> During the day shift, there are 11 day hospitalists on the floor, 1 swing admitter, and 3-4 APPs, so there is always ample backup and support all of the time.
> Work for one of the most respected Healthcare Systems in state of Mississippi-private, non profit, top 5% distinguished hospitalist award for clinical excellence. Consistently recognized as the best hospital in the region for patient, and provider, satisfaction.
> Procedures are not required…there is a strong IR department here, that can take care of all procedures.
> NO call.
> Multiple intensivists are fully employed on staff 24/7 365 days a year.
> Mostly just rounding for the job, but there may be some very light admissions.
> Their Covid patient population is drastically decreasing.
> Working with and supervising Advanced Practitioners is not required.
> Perfect work/life balance opportunity which is very important to this Organization.

Candidate Criteria:
> Any level of experience considered, including new grads.
> Any state license for consideration as Mississippi is an easy state to get the license fairly quickly, plus, they can start the credentialing/privileging process while you are waiting to receive the license.
> Board Certified or Board Eligible.
> MD or DO considered.
> H1B Candidates considered.

Compensation Details:
> The Best employee benefit package in the state of Mississippi! Salary and benefits package is exceptional and will be more than competitive!
> WRVU bonus potential.
> Yearly quality bonus potential, eligible for up to $30,000 per year.
> Signing/Retention bonus-$25,000 paid at start, $10,000 paid at the end of contract years one, two, three and four.
> Retirement packages including, 403 (b) & 457 (b) Top Hat Retirement Plan.
> Multiple Insurance plan options to choice from, both for single or family, covering:
