Scope of Work:
> Start ASAP however they will wait for the right candidate.
> Very stress free opportunity based on, you being able to have control of your own schedule and set up, as well as, job details below. Perfect work/life balance opportunity which is very important to this Organization.
> You decide when you want to do clinical and admin. Make your own schedule. Structure your time YOUR way!
> Fast credentialing to start quickly…we provide the credentialing specialist that REDUCES the time and effort on your part.
> Emergency Department Details:
> Dedicated Department.
> Annual ED Volume: 42,000.
> 27 Bed ED with Fast Track.
> 30 Hours of Physician Coverage daily.
> 22+ providers on staff.
> 28 Hours of NP/PA Coverage daily.
> 24 Hours of EM Scribe Coverage daily.
> Local and dedicated EM Residency Trained and BC ABEM ED Medical Director in place!
> Great Culture among their EM Physicians, NP/PAs, and the hospital staff! Very little turnover.

Candidate Criteria:
> MD or DO.
> BC/BE EM, FM, or IM with previous ED experience.
> Preferably leadership/directorship experience.
> EM Residents allowed to moonlight on the Mid Shift in their Final Year.
> Any state license for consideration as Alabama is an easy to get the license fairly quickly, plus, they can start the cred/priv process while you are waiting to receive the license.
> Current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
> NO H1B candidates considered.

Compensation Details:

> Option for: 1099 for clinical; W2 for admin.
