> Progressively designed ICU open with “closed” feel due to support-Hospitalists round on MPCU and other ICU. All inpatient work in various ICU areas such as CCU, Surgical ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, TSCU, & MICU which is divided amongst all members of the team.
> Join a team of 5 intensivists, multiple APPS, all dividing work load to help each other out, which means you will have reasonable patient volume, and a good pace, throughout the entire shift.
> All Support staff and specialties including APPs to assist at all times.
> A lot of shifts available ongoing 7on7off or flexible to each candidate...you will stay busy with work.
> APPs are first to handle consults.
> Apps are first take call.
> 12 hour shifts.
> All expenses covered as well as malpractice and tail.
> MD or DO accepted.
