• 100% Outpatient Family Practice
• No Call
• 18-20 Patients in 8 hr day
• Full Support Staff
• Other physician in Practice
• Must see all ages
• Little to no walk ins
• EMR
Requirements
• New York License
• List of Malpractice claims
• Prefer experience in Primary Care
• CV
BC/BE
