Harris Medical Associates is seeking a physician for long term assignments at an outpatient Urgent Care. The Physician will provide diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic health services to eligible patients. Locum or Locum to Permanent.

Requirements:
-Active unrestricted state IL license
-Cannot be under any exclusions or sanctions from the Medicare/Medicaid programs
