Chuck Harris
President & CEO
Chuck is a founding Partner with HMA and is a native of the Atlanta,
Georgia area. He graduated with honors from the University of
Georgia where he attended on a full four year track scholarship.
Chuck has over 30 years of healthcare staffing experience. He
is formerly co-founder and President of Harris, Kovacs & Alderman,
one of the nations largest permanent placement firms. Under his
leadership, HKA Locum Tenens was established and provided locum
tenens services for all physician specialties for both commercial
and government entities across the US. The companies overall
successes and growth resulted in their designation as an Inc.
Magazine 500 fastest growing privately held companies.
Chuck is also a founding member of the National Council of Medicine
at Emory University and a board member of Atlanta Leukemia Research,
Inc. He began and oversees a 30-year-old philanthropy with the
Charles
Harris Run, a 10k road race in honor of Chuck's father, Dr.
Charles E. Harris, who succumbed to leukemia at age 49, in 1981.
The race has raised over $1 million for leukemia research at Emory
University. His outside interests include boating, running, triathlon
competition, snow skiing, travel, family events and prison ministry
with his church.
David
Beauchamp

Government Services
David is Vice President of Government Services at Harris Medical Associates. He has over 25 years of experience in the marketing, healthcare and medical industries. A world traveler from Oklahoma, David graduated with a degree in law enforcement from Tulsa State College and then a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs with a minor in Marketing from Kennesaw State University in Marietta, GA. For the past six years, David has worked in various capacities within the locum tenens industry ranging from credentialing, marketing, compliance and government contract management to training. Currently, he specializes in domestic and international government contract procurement opportunities while managing a team of government recruiter specialists. David is responsible for the Harris Medical Associates GSA Federal Supply Schedule and growing the government division in local, state, federal and international contract arenas. In his spare time, David enjoys camping, hiking, home renovations, and traveling.
Melvin Redditt
Vice President, Locum Tenens
Melvin Redditt is Vice President of Locum Tenens at Harris Medical Associates with oversight of the Commercial Division.He has over 15 years of physician recruitment experience in the healthcare industry. During Melvin’s tenure as a leading account executive for a nationally known physician recruitment firm, he generated sales and increased market presence while effectively building sales rapport with clients to exceed prospecting quotas, and recruited physicians for local hospitals, hospital systems and physician group practices.
With nearly two decades of experience in physician recruiting, Melvin has been recognized as Top Sales Consultant, Outstanding Salesman, Recruiter of the Year, and Salesperson of the year. To date, Melvin has generated over $70 million dollars in sales in the Healthcare industry. Melvin graduated from Mississippi State University with a dual degree in Aerospace Engineering and Marketing. His personal interests include spending time with his family, fishing, and community service. Melvin has served as a youth mentor and assistant coach for little league football.
